Monthly expenses vs outgoings

Hi

Are the red parts natural English?

(I am aware that this type of question may be entirely cultural, but where I live people do ask such questions.)

What are the total monthly expenses of your house? (mortgage, utilities, groceries, medical, rent, tuition etc)

What are the total monthly expenditures of your house?

What are the total monthly outgoings of your house? (I believe outgoings is used only in BrE.)

Thanks,

Tom
