Money and change

Hi,

How do you ask a clerk for change for a $100 bill?

Could I ask in the following way?
'' Could you change 100 dollars into two twenties, one fifty and one ten?''
I'm looking for the correct expression which uses 'change' as a verb.

Thank you!!!
