Monetary Amounts

Thanks for everybody's help. You are all so very helpful and quick to respond.

In a grouping of monetary amounts, do you agree with any of these? I've numbered them so that you can easily choose which one - if any - you prefer.

If all 7 examples are correct, let me know that, please.

1. a $10-million- to $15-million-a-year contract
2. a $10 million- to $15 million-a-year contract
3. a $10 million to $15 million a year contract

And a couple of more ... no recast, please.

1b. a 5- to 10-cent-a-week increase
2b. a 5 to 10 cent a week increase
3b. a 5 cent- to 10 cent-a-week increase
4b. a 5-cent- to 10-cent-a-week increase

Thanks.
