The underlined part means, "from Monday till Thursday"?

I don't know if everyone is the same, but I always feel that "through" more explicitly or definitely includes the end date (although "through" in this sense is primarily AmE, and we don't actually use it much in the UK).

I was taught that the BrE version is Monday to Thursday (inclusive).
