Sorrowfully is a literary word—or rather, an adverb—as far as I'm concerned. Be sure to use it in an appropriate

context.

There is no such word as "sorrowly." Sorrow = noun. Sorrowful = adjective. Sorrowfully = adverb (although it sounds awkward to me). Sorrowly does not exist. You might try the adverb "dolefully" depending upon what you are trying to say.
