hey, I'm trying to find a word for that moment when you disconnect with your surroundings and stresses to that place in your mind where you feel at peace. kinda like solace but more of a relief then a burden

thank you for your reply

so i have come up with a concept which is “home in your head” its that moment of bliss where you are far from your troubles and worries. A place in your mind where you are truly content. A place you go, to reconnect with self.
its hard to explain exactly what I'm looking for,
its when are physically there but mentally somewhere else.
i started to get this when I'm eating and looking off into the distance, or when i drive.
but now i go there by choice, and haven't really found a meaning that fits how i visualise it.
