The "anxiously" should go with "waiting."

You can't say "since ages" - it has to be "for ages" or "since [an action] or [a date]" - like "since she first entered kindergarten" or "since 1997."

I have been often been making mistakes while writing such sentences. I actually have always used since ages but thanks to you for clarification. However, I do feel like asking a bit more questions.

What is causal term? You mentioned it in your post.
also, do both of the sentences have similar meanings? i.e "I'm awaiting your repl

1. I meant that it's an informal term, suitable for casual conversation.
2. Yes, "waiting for" and "awaiting" mean the same thing.
3. I already suggested "waiting for ages" as an alternative, so it's fine. My mistake was my typo "be" for "been." We have all been anxiously awaiting this for ages. This is what we've all been anxiously awaiting for ages.
