Molestation

I have a few friends that's been molested. Or

I have a few friends that were molested.

Are both useable?

but you have "friends"=plural=have, so you can not use "that's". I also prefer the relative pronoun "who" when dealing with sentient beings, so imo it is both the wrong pronoun and tense of the verb. I have a few friends who have been molested.
