Hi everyone. I'm stuck on module 9 task 2! (Describing a person's physical appearance). Heres the feedback i got from my tutor.
Here are my target language and assumed knowledge that my tutor says are wrong
Target Language. He is overweight. He has big blue eyes. He's wearing new blue jumper and red trousers. He has brown hair. She is wearing new shoes. Beth is short and thin. She has long blonde hair with blue eyes. She is wearing a red dress with new shoes. Tall Thin Small Arms Legs Feet Hands Mouth Nose Eyes
Assumed Knowledge. Students at this level will know almost nothing when it comes to describing someones physical appearance. Being elementary level they will only know very basic english words.
and my feedback.....
SORRY, BUT I'M AFRAID YOU HAVE STILL NOT TAKEN MY FEEDBACK INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN MAKING YOUR CHANGES.
THE ASSUMED KNOWLEDGE IS GIVEN AS: Parts of the body, colours and clothing SO NONE OF THESE WORDS CAN BE IN THE TARGET LANGUAGE.
AS I MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY, THE TARGET LANGUAGE SHOULD MAINLY BE DESCRIPTIVE ADJECTIVES (SUCH AS TALL, THIN, BEAUTIFUL) PLUS HOW TO PUT TOGETHER THE LANGUAGE SO YOUR STUDENTS KNOW HOW TO MAKE A FULL DESCRIPTION THUS: JOHN IS TALL AND THIN. HE HAS SHORT BLACK HAIR AND GREEN EYES. HE'S WEARING A RED T-SHIRT, BLUE JEANS AND TRAINERS.
Now i'm confused as to what to change for my target language and assumed knowledge.
Any ideas guys?

hi im also stuck on module 9 task 2 i have decided to do the same as you but i have no idea where to start?? If you can give me any ideas it would be great thanks.
