Can we say It was a bit freezing??? Tere was a sentence in a kind of a close test "It was _______ freezing this morning" a) a bit b) absolutely c) much I think it's absolutely but I'm not sure...

"Freezing" is a very strong word. We don't usually say "a bit freezing" the way we'd say "a bit warm" or "a bit chilly."

We would say, as you thought, "It was absolutely freezing!"

Strictly speaking, no. Either it is freezing or it isn't. However, in casual speech you might hear someone say something like this, meaning it was somewhat cold.
