Is it really windy there? If, so, then "It is really windy" is true.

I think you meant to ask, "Which of these are grammatically correct?"

Both are correct, though you do need a period at the end of each.

Look up the difference between 'true' and 'correct'.

'Incredibly windy' is windier than 'really windy'. You would not believe how windy it is.

I often find the need for this advice here. The root of the problem is that in some languages, [ Turkish dogru, for example ] the word is the same.
