Modesty?

"As far as modesty is concerned, if you miss a step, carry a little more excess weight than you feel comfortable, there is no need to be anxious as everything is hidden beneath the water level.."

The whole article is about the benefits of swimming. I wondered what modesty is here. Does it mean" Modestly speaking"? Is it equal to "regarding modesty"?

Well, modesty means also shyness about the aspect of one's body, which is in line with the definition I've posted.
