Modern educators' teaching methods

To follow the standard rules of teaching or to try to make your lessons unforgettable and new is the main problem that every inexperienced educator faces after the graduating and entering a school. On the one hand, the years and centuries of development of the right and acceptable ways of teaching of different generations can persuade us that there isn’t a need to reinvent the wheel. But on the other hand, we should reason that hundreds of educators of various epochs were inventors for people of such time and they risked to create something new to make the process of education better, more teachable interesting for students.
What is the main advice for a young teacher? Well, first of all is to follow the basic goal of any educator – to teach your students, to develop their ability of thinking, to give them an opportunity to love and understand your subject. Unfortunately, nowadays the conditions for teachers that are offered in majority of modern schools do not let us to create and find an individual way of teaching since educators are overloaded with paperwork that takes too much time. Moreover, take a look at the youth, the rest of them even don’t know what the word “studying” means. Because of all these factors educators are to follow the program which is easier and more natural for them, hence, we get a stable education system that hasn’t changed for years.
There is no doubt that the program that was developed by the masters and geniuses is worth following. Their work is immortal and will help other generations in future as well. All of us take a look or even copy the materials from old books and use them from time to time and there is no anything wrong.
But it seems obvious that every teacher, at least once in life, should try to invent a new method for his\her pupils because children change from a generation to a generation and the system of education must be changed with the same rate.
In conclusion I would like to say that both methods are right and recommendable. But as for me it seems pretty necessary for teachers to try to leave dignified heritage after themselves that will help further adherents.
