Model organisation

Hello,

What do you call an organisation superior in standard in relation to other institutions so that it provides a model for other ones?

I'm looking for an apoppriate word but expect "model organisation" nothing comes to my mind.

Thank you

There is nothing wrong with "model organization", which is exactly what you are trying to say. You might call it exemplary, a paragon, a nonpareil, the ultimate.
