Certainly "could have," "might have" and "should have" are commonly used.
I don't think "may" would work.
I can't think of an example of "must have" because it is not counterfactual by nature.

If she had done her homework yesterday, she might have gone there now.

I cannot make a logical connection between the two clauses.

For example:
If she had done her homework yesterday, she would have had the time to play today.

= Sh didn't do her homework yesterday, so she has no time to play today.

Let's see what A.S. says, but it sounds OK to me. It reminds me of the mixed conditional If you had paid attention in Japanese class when you were in college, you would be able to translate for us on our trip to Japan next month.
