Modal Verbs in Past Perfect

Can we really use modal verbs like "Should" in Past Perfect Form?
Illustration :
Present : I should eat that cake
Past : I should have eaten that cake
Past Perfect : ???
Is there a chance to include the "Should" word into Past Perfect ?

There are only the two forms: Modal + infinitive; modal + have + past participle.
The latter is sometimes called the modal perfect.
