Modal Verbs

Hi,

I know Modal verbs universal Rule i.e always base form or infinitive form after modal verb. But in the Video i watched i noticed few sentences sounding different.

1. Then can a wedding takes place.( Wedding Noun)

2. I would not permitted him. (permitted is past form)

I didn't watch the video, but your two examples are ungrammatical. Of course anyone can use any kind of English in videos. I have seen and heard countless examples of incorrect English in many places.
