Hi, What are the differences? The Continuous adds a little emphasis to 'more'. eg Do it, and don't keep stopping!

To my ear

should be doing

suggests the contrast "instead of what you are now doing" (Change what you are doing.)

and

should do

suggests "start doing (instead of doing nothing)". (Start doing something.)
