Modal 'dare' and 'Have'

Can the modal 'dare' be used with 'have'?

I have not dared look at him ever since.

Thank you for your reply! Does that mean that either of these is incorrect as well?

I didn't dare look at him.

I dared not look at him. <--- I think it's this one

I suppose that the first is technically wrong and the second acceptable. I wouldn't worry about it too much - few native speakers do.

If learners always use DARE as a full verb followed by a to- infinitive, they will rarely be wrong.
