Hi, everyone! I've got a question. Is it right:
I'd prefer she be there tomorrow. I'd prefer she were.. I'd prefer she'd been
I'd love she be there tomorrow. I'd love she were... I'd love she'd been
I'd hate she would be there. I'd hate she were... I'd hate she had been.

This is what I would say: I'd prefer that she be there tomorrow. I'd love it if she would be there tomorrow. I'd hate it if she was going to be there.

This is what I would say:

I'd prefer that she be there tomorrow.



I'd love it if she would be there tomorrow.



I'd hate it if she was going to be there.

I'd prefer she were.. Borderline usable.

You will very rarely hear the two forms above.

No. You've gone back to a point that's even earlier in time so you need this:

I would've [loved / hated / preferred] it if she had been there before (that happened).
