Mixing a phrase & a clause - grammar check

Ex:

I have printed many copies about the issue and put them on the wall so that we are reminded about the issue and also to put more efforts into solving it.

My question is whether independent sentence + so that clause + conjunction+infinitive phrase is grammatically correct.

I ask this because I normally just keep infinitive phrases together with other infinitives (ex. to... and also to...).

No, it does not read well at all. You can mix active and passive voice if you are careful, though:

I have copied many articles (?) about the issue and posted them on the wall so that we are reminded about it and also put more effort into solving it.
