Mixed up vs have mixed up

"Hi, Peter. how are you?" "Sorry, I am Jack. You mixed/ have mixed up our twin brothers."

I chose have mixed up, but the answer is mixed up. Also, I feel our is wrongly used; it should be us. Am I right?

"Have mixed up" is Perfect Tense, the test is probably looking for a tense that matches the question. "Our" is grammatically correct ("our" is the possessive, not "us"), but the syntax is wrong. "

Or, this one:
You have mistaken me for my twin brother.

I have you two used different tenses. Can I draw the conclusion that both tenses are ok?

This is my interpretation of the thread. Because the conversation with the twins is given in present tense, such that the reply is immediate; the core meaning between (1) " you have mistaken me for my brother
