Mixed questions

Question 1:

B: When should we go?

A: After six would be nice.

It is weird to have a prepositional phrase as a subject, anyway, is it grammatical?

Question 2:

Jane, please go listen to it.

Whenever this pattern "go + bare infinitive" appears, is it tantamount to "go to 'bare infinitive'"?

Thank you so much. I am really appreciated of it.
