Mixed conditional

Hi, it's me again:-D

Would you tell me if this structure is correct? I mean is it gramatically possible?

If their flight hasn't been delayed, they would arrived by now.

I had never been such structure; one part present perfect(showing real possibility) and the other part :would have+ p.p(showing unreal situation)
