Mixed Conditional
Hi.
How many mixed conditionals can we have? I mean, can it just be used between type2(unreal present) and3(unreal past) or other combinations are possible?
Can we have mixed conditional structures between type1(real present) and 2, or between type1 and 3.
That would be kind of you to explain using examples.

How about trying to set up some examples yourself, hrsanei, and we'll see how they work. Keep in mind that each clause should refer to the appropriate time (Class III is past, while Classes I and II are non-past).

I had an impression that because the first type is a real conditional and the third one is unreal one, so there is no way to mix them until I came across a conditional sentence which puzzled me.

Yes, those are good, common examples. Well, all 'if's set up some kind of condition, I suppose, but I don't think they all make Conditional ), I, II, or III or mixed sentences.
