Mixed cnditional

"If we had not intervened, she would be dead".
I made few concepts by this. Are they correct.
1."Would be" here indicates that if they had not intervened she would DEFINITELY be dead whereas if it is "would have been dead" it would mean there was a possibility of her being dead.
2. "If we didn't intervene" here would mean a present scenario means operation is still not conducted whereas "if we had not intervened " means operation already took place in the past.
3.This is a mixed conditional .
