MIXED 1ST -2ND CONDITIONAL SENTENCE

Dear everybody

I have seen these 2 sentences on the internet. Can I have your opinion about these 2 sentences.

1. He will be happy if his father allows him to play football.

I know that this is 1 st conditional sentence.

2.He would be happy if his father allows him to play football.

This is kind of mix of 1st and 2nd conditional sentence.

I don't know what is the difference between this sentence and the sentence in (1)
