Mistakes with grammar and punctuation

Can someone please proof this for grammar or punctuation errors.... im sure there are some...thanks a whole lot!!!Emotion: big smile



Could the Holocaust have been prevented?

Thesis: The Holocaust, like most travesties, is a disaster that could have been avoided had valid



information been recognized or had the uprising of a tyrannous ruler with a dangerous



past come to a halt before reaching massive havoc.



I. Many argue that an event like the Holocaust was bound to happen following the chaos



and the desire for change that World War II brought with it.



A. Adolf Hitler’s childhood obsession with battles and the German nation, despite



his Austrian decent, later became the foundation for his fantasy of having a



dominant Aryan race (Wikipedia).



1. With the leader of one of the most powerful nations at the time possessing such an



extensive history of thoughts of war and mischief, it is possible that the Holocaust



was inevitable.



2. However, if such a deduction were made, then it would be only reasonable to



assume that every young delinquent of the current generation will develop into a



mass murderer as well.



B. The death of Hitler’s mother created a vengeful fire within him and one doctor said



that “in all [his] career, [he] had never seen anyone so prostrate with grief as Adolf


Hitler” (Dr. Bloch).

I want to know if the word western should be written here with the capital leeter or not.here is the sentence:
