Could somebody possibly correct my misakes in this passage.Thank you very much
Houses made of pine beams
Outer and inner walls are of beams and of following dimensions: 90mm, 100mm, 125mm and 160mm. Tightly fitting beam profiles assure complete impermeability and therefore high heat insulating capability what makes wooden houses highly economical.
Energovit bio skeleton house
Energovit house meets the demands of strict ecological requirements, because it is made of natural materials(wood, insulation of wood fibre, roofs of thatch,…) that are not chemically treated and are therefore environment friendly and pleasant for living. Construction is fast and ecological, because it does not significantly affect the environment.
Energovit house is made of massive, naturally dried(moisture 13-15%) pinewood. Basic element is massive wall which is 10cm thick.There is heat insulation of wood fibre(Steico flex) inserted in the wall whose thickness depends on the location of the house.
Exterior and interior wall of the Energovit house:
- first the OSB slab(parts of veneer made of conifer wood) is built in on the exterior part of the wall and then covered with final coat together with insulation of reed and rough coating of clay.
- interior walls can have insulation system of wood fibre(Steico special) which is then covered with rough coating of clay.
