Mission complete / completed

Hi teachers,

1. When people say things like -

mission accomplished

Do they say "mission complete" or "mission completed"?

2. I saw this movie, and it says something "thought complete", and I am just not sure if I heard it right. Should it be "complete" or completed"?

Thank you.

I cannot vouch for the anonymous movie you saw, but 'mission accomplished/completed' is the common phrase.
