The main mission of X University which was constituted by high consciousness of social responsibility is "TO SERVE PEOPLE" and applying science, education and service with utmost competence to achieve this. The way we follow for realization of this goal is;
• To cultivate individuals embracing humanitarian and social values while trying to develop and present them, highly motivated to be successful in their career, and inclined to discovery and research.
• To be a university that fulfill global and national terms of quality, efficiency and accreditation, highly competitive, providing proficiency to the students for applying knowledge, formation, behavior and technology that employment market require.
• To bring in competence and knowledge to all segments of the society, besides formal education, via personal and professional certificate and diploma programs particularly including but not limited to health.
• To conduct research on regional, national and neighboring countries health issues, to develop sufficient human resources, knowledge, know-how, technology and organizations for diagnosis and treatment and to establish diagnosis and treatment institutions at the highest level.
• To achieve social and economic benefits by transforming knowledge to technology and innovation.
• To ensure that the methods developed and institutions established via its research and education to be practice oriented, to give priority to research and practice-based education.
• To differentiate and acquire a competitive identity via arranging interdisciplinary education and research environments. To design this goal as a post-graduate level project and implement it.
• To deliver the required services timely and correctly to the nation, society and individuals in need since the strategies and policy instruments determined depend on the fundamental value, of the X Foundation and the X Holding as economic power behind it, which is undoubtedly social responsibility.

To be an institution embracing and contributing national and universal values, meeting national and global needs, recognized by national and international accreditation institutions, specialized in healthcare and can develop medical technologies while fulfilling the functions of education, research, implementation and servicing the society.
