miss v ms

i am divorced and can't decide which to use ms/miss mainly due to the fact i have MS = multiple sclerosis so seems so wrong to have ms before name.

This is a personal decision, not a matter of grammar. You are free to decide for yourself how you wish to be addressed. Grammar doesn't come into it.

You can use Ms as the title because multiple sclerosis is abbreviated to MS. I don't see any problems there.
