Hi, Hello beloved teachers.

Is it OK for me to say: miss a goal (the goal here can have 2 meanings: the score in football & a personal objective)

Are both meanings OK with "miss"?

Yes, but I'd say that both would be viewed as an event.
(Otherwise, we'd say "I missed achieving my goal," or "the team missed scoring a goal." - failed to achieve/score)
