Hi. Please help. Would you say the following is a case of a misplaced modifier? I don't think there is confusion as to what the modifying clause "who is agile" modifies. It modifies "him."
Let him do it, who is agile.
How about this? Is the underlined modifying clause too far from the referent "He"?
He will do it, who is agile.
