Generally speaking a misanthrope is an innate characteristic, not something that can be dictated by some "random guys."

It already sounds reasonably natural to me.
What part of it seems not natural to you?

Thank you for your swift reply. I wanted to emphasise 'misanthrope'. I preferred using a right misanthropist to a complete/real/absolute misanthropist. Does that adjective not sound right to your native ears?

I think using 'right' in that way is a a feature of casual British English.
