Minute or minutes

I have to write a heading: "Minutes on shareholders' resolution ..." Is the sentence correct, should I use "minutes" in plural and is "on" after minutes also correct?

Use plural. These are called "the minutes of the meeting." I've never heard the singular used in this connection.

"On" is correct, in my opinion.

I'd use "minutes on the resolution" and "minutes for the meeting."

But "minutes on the meeting" is also used.
