Mini Grant wording

I'm writing a mini grant to the American Academy of Pediatrics' CATCH "Leonard P. Rome Visiting Professor Project. One paragraph is worded (after ellipses)

...He will spend one day at each location interacting with faculty, residents and community partners in the following sequence: 1. tour of facility 2. preliminary meeting with leadership to identify shared goals and objectives 3. Presentation on didactic on critical topics in community pediatrics 4. review of current local projects and the CATCH grant process and 5. discussion of potential areas of collaboration to expand resident community pediatrics experience and service.

My question is about the correct use of numbering within a sentence or paragraph. Can anyone help?

Thanks You,

Kelli
