Hello everyone,

1. Could you please tell me why "mine" has been used in the following title?

Make mine a pyramid pizza, please!

2. Could you please tell me why that sentence has been constructed like that, and why "Make a pyramid pizza for me, please" hasn't been written instead?

P.S. I don't know exactly how to interpret it.
