Mindset/state of mind/frame of mind

Could tell me the difference between the 3? and if the sentences are right?

1 I'm in a very different mindset than you/I have a very different mindset than you.
2 I'm in a different state of mind than you.
3 I'm in a different frame of mind than you
4 I know the frame of mind your mother is in. She's a snob. She buys things she can't afford.
5 I know your moms frame of mind...

Thanks

Not interchangeable; I have indicated the general differences. I would say these:

1 I have a very different mindset than you do.
2 I'm in a different state of mind than you are.
3 I'm in a different frame of mind than you are.

4 I know the kind of person your mother is. She's a snob. She buys things she can't afford.
