In a worrisome situation


Mind doesn't get calmed.

Mind doesn't get a calm.

Mind doesn't feel a calm.

Mind doesn't feel a relax.

Mind doesn't feel relaxed.


Are these grammatically correct?

All of those are incorrect.

"Mind" needs some kind of determiner, e.g. "my mind".

"a calm" and "a relax" are not correct. "relax" is not a noun. "calm" can be a noun but it does not work in your sentence.

This is possible:

My mind doesn't feel calm/relaxed.

Often we just say:

I don't feel calm/relaxed.

Obviously you can also say:
