Mind conditioning

Hi

An author of a book writes about fear and how it impedes our astral projection efforts. To overcome those fears she recommends to do some specific exercises. She says: "I strongly recommend what I call purging sessions, followed in most cases by some simple mind conditioning exercises to eliminate these blockages before they can hinder your progress".

Does "mind conditioning" in this context mean "strengthening your mind"?

Top answer

Not necessarily, but I suppose the author explains. "To eliminate these blockages" sounds more like a cleaning-out exercise.
