2/ Should I say US959 million dollar or US959 million of dollars?

3/Should I say US959 million aquatic products or US959 million of aquatic products?

4/Should I say 2 million tons of various products or 2 million of tons of various products?

If, for whatever reason, you feel you must write out the word "dollars" (rather than writing USD or US$), then only (c.) is correct. The word dollars should be plural.
