Milk his title ...

Hi

It's from the website about boxing news:

There’s not much to look forward to in this fight because Mormeck doesn’t have the resume needed in order to even get boxing outside of Germany interested in this fight. It just looks like Wladimir dug up a poor opponent and is going to milk his title for one fight. Well, make that a series of fights because he’s probably going to have to fight 40-year-old Tony Thompson next, which will be only a tiny step up from Mormeck.

What does the author mean by saying "boxing outside of Germany"?

Does "milk his title" mean that he will use/take advantage of his title and fight with this guy?
