How would you write the sentence?
When I bought the car, it had 100000 miles on the dash.
I bought a car with 10000 miles on.

hehehe, I see the problem, in the quoted text I inserted "a" by mistake. No, there would be no "a" in the statement of course. That was my mistake in typing apparently. So sorry for the confusion.
