Hi, you can use "mile-long". With a hyphen between the two words. Then it means that the beach is several miles long.

Hi,

A mile-long beach - it's a mile long.

A miles-long beach - it's two or more miles long.

You don't just want to say 'It's a very long beach?'

There are lots of other choices.

eg The beach goes on for miles.

eg It's an endless beach.
