"mikeandnikes"?

0Hi everybody, I was watching a movie called "Simone" and came across the word that sounded something like "mikeandnikes" but I wasn't sure what they were exactly. They looked like little red pills or candy or something. If anybody could come up with the actual name of the those things, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!0-
