Which one can be used in this situation?

Is there some laws restricting migration /immigration /immigrantion from China ? I am just wondering if I will be able to immigrate/migrate from China to America . Is there any possibility? I want to land a job there and live there forever, never come back

I am just wondering if I will be able to emigrate from China to America. (The "from" forces "emigrate", so, "I am just wondering if I will be able to immigrate to America from China.")
