Grammar

might not be able / I am probably not

Hey can I use both: "I might not be able to join you" and "I am probably not be able to join you". If yes, what is the most natural one?

Top answer

Only the first one is correct and natural. You can use probably instead of might if it is very likely that you can’t make it: I probably won’t be able to join you.
