Might have not vs. might have not come to

What is the difference between the following?

I might have not realized that I have a purpose in life.
I might have not come to realize that I have a purpose in life.

Also, is it reasonable to use 'have' instead of 'had'?
How is the meaning different if I use 'had'?

I'm sorry for the confusion, I was asking about the underlined word 'have' in my example, i.e. "...have a purpose...". How does the meaning change if I used 'had' instead of 'have'? Is it reasonably correct to use 'had' in the first place?

Uhhhh! Sorry I misread your question about "had"!
If you used " had " instead of " have ", I'd interpret it that your realization (or the lack therefore) went back in time. " Have " suggests the realization has just been discovered in recent time.
