"might have been able to"

Hi

Here's a line from a movie titled "What Happened to Monday".

"If we were better equipped, there's a chance we might've been able to saved her."

I can't understand why the past tense of verb "to save" is used in the sentence above. I would say "We might've been able to save her". It puzzled me. Could someone please explain?
